供给侧改革视域下应用型金融人才培养的困境与突破

摘　　要：在国家实行供给侧结构性改革的大背景下,高职院校作为教育供给方,应与地方经济发展紧密结合,培养高素质应用型人才。辽宁省目前正处于经济发展的关键时期,金融行业在提高服务实体经济质量的过程中,对金融类人才需求提出更多更高的要求。高职院校应抓住这一发展时机,创新应用型金融人才培养模式,调整人才供给结构,提高人才供给质量,助力辽宁新一轮振兴发展。Under the background of the structural supply-side reform, higher vocational colleges, as the suppliers of education, should be closely integrated with the local economic development and cultivate the high-quality applied talents. Liaoning Province is currently in a critical period of economic development, the financial industry will put forward more and higher requirements for financial talents in the process of improving the quality of serving the real economy. Higher vocational colleges should seize this opportunity, innovate the training mode of applied financial talents, adjust supply structure of the talents, improve the quality of talents, and contribute to the new round of revitalization and development of Liaoning Province.
