摘　　要：调车实训是铁道运输专业中的一个重要的实践内容。建设调车实训基地对提高学生的综合素质、就业竞争力都有着十分重要的作用。藉此围绕建设高度仿真调车实训基地的过程进行分析阐述,并提出了实训项目开发和实训基地建设与管理的原则,同时提出建议,并进行实践探索。Shunting practice training is an important content in railway transportation. It plays a very important role in improving the comprehensive qualifies and employment competitiveness of students. Based on the analysis of building a highly simulation shunting training base, this paper puts forward some principles for the development of practical training projects and the eonstruction and management of the Iraining base.
