摘  要:高校军训教学是国防教育的重要内容、素质教育的重要组成部分和教学方式方法改革的重要阵地。当前,高校军训教学普遍存在教学内容单调、教学方式单一、师资团队不强和教学效果差等问题。高校开展军训教学必须坚持"以学生为本"的要求,明确多元的课程定位,构建统分结合的教学内容,实施体验式教学方法和建设多方参与的师资团队。The teaching of military training in university is an important content of the national defense educa- tion, an important part of quality education and an important field of the reform in teaching methods. At present, in the teaching of military training in university there usually exist such problems as monotonous teaching contents, single teaching methods, inadequate teaching faculty and weak teaching effect. Therefore, universities must implement the "students-based" requirements, make clear the multivariate curriculum orientation, build the integrated teaching con- tents, carry out the experiential teaching method and build the teaching team with various subjects so as to carry out the teaching of military training.
