摘 要:将摄影测量技术应用于槽式太阳能聚光器支架测量,完成了支架托片位置及角度的测量附件设计与公差确定。通过对测量附件添加高斯分布的随机误差,以聚光器截断因子小于0.95作为评判标准,确定相应公差项目大小。通过增加支撑点处法线作为约束条件,改善聚光镜曲面拟合精度。试验结果表明,附件的上表面回光反射标志点位置度公差和附件棱柱偏心误差在1mm内,附件上下表面平行度公差控制在100μm内,可以保证测量附件对聚光系统光学性能评估的准确度。The research finished the structure and tolerance design of accessory which was used in measurement of parabolic trough concentrator support when photogrammetry technology is applied. By adding to Gaussian random error on the accessory, criteria for the intercept factor of the parabolic trough concentrator is greater than 0.95 which ensure the tol- erance design. It could improve the accuracy of the concentrator surface fitting by adding supporting point' s normal vector as the constraint condition. The experiment show that the reflective targets which on upper surface of accessory positional tolerance and prism eccentricity error are within 1 mm, and the higher surface and lower surface parallelism tolerance is within 100μm which could ensure the accuracy of the measurement. The accessory has already been used successfully in certain domestic parabolic trough concentrators measurement.
