摘  要:高校将青年教师培养工作作为学校跨越式行动计划的一项重大工程,实施了资助青年教师发展的一系列计划,因此有必要对其实施绩效进行评价.以山东理工大学青年教师发展支持计划支持期已满的前3批共85位人选为样本,采用高水平论文、省部级以上项目、省部级奖励、海外访学和专业技术职务晋升等指标评价支持计划实施绩效.从海外访学的视角,剖析计划实施存在的问题,并给出相关对策建议,以期进一步提升支持计划定位,完善管理运行机制,提高资金使用效益.As a major project of leap development plan, the young teacher training in university and college deploys a series of programs to fund the development of young teachers. It is necessary to evaluate its implementation performance. Young teacher development supporting plan of Shandong University of Technology was taken as an sample in this paper. Performance of 85 young teacher who got funding from the plan were evaluated from such dimensions as high level papers, awards and projects of provincial and ministerial level and above, overseas scholar visiting, professional and technical position promotion. Based on overseas scholar visiting, the existing problems were analyzed and countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to further enhance the support plan positioning, perfect the management mechanism, and improve the efficien- cy of the use of funds.
