摘　　要：教育过程即人才成长过程,是信息相互作用的动力学过程。从势科学暨信息动力学的视角来看,教育学研究的核心要素信息=差别×联系,具有倒数的本质。差别和联系这两个教育要素构成了教育的绩效函数。教育学进行科学化研究的根本路径,就是在教育过程的不同层次上,将差别最大的教育要素紧密联系起来。Educational process, that is the process of the growth of talents, is a dynamic process where messages interact with each other. From the perspective of potential science and information drive, the key element information of educational studies =Difference X Connection possesses the essence of reciprocal. Difference and Connection are two educational elements which constitute the performance function of education. The fundamental way to do researches about education scientifically is to link the most different elements closely at different levels of educational process.
