摘　　要：实习教学环节是很多独立学院培养应用型人才过程中的最大弱点。该文立足独立学院的办学实际,分析了食品类专业实习教学存在的主要问题,构建了多层次、全程化的实习教学体系,总结了在建设体系方面的经验及不足,对其他应用型专业具有一定的借鉴参考价值。Teaching practice is the biggest weakness in the process of cultivating applied talents in many independent colleges. This paper based on the practice of running independent colleges, analyzed the main problems existing in the teaching practice of food specialty, built a multi-level and integrated practice teaching system, summed up the experience in system construction, and provided guidance for the other professional application.
