供给侧改革视角下高职专业群创新型人才培养路径研究——以湖南现代物流职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：在经济"新常态"下,职业教育供给与需求存在"结构性的矛盾",致使学生面临"结构性失业"的现象,以湖南现代物流职业技术学院物流技术专业群建设为例,从专业群人才培养供给则的视角,思考职业教育供给侧结构性改革的要素供给与制度供给的方法与对策,探讨高职专业群创新型人才培养路径。In this paper, in view of the phenomenon of imbalance between the supply of vocational education and demand of the enterprises under the economic new normal which leads to the structural unemployment of the students, and in Ihe case of the development of the logistics technology specialty group of Hunan Vocational College of Modem Logistics, the methods and were pondered for the element supplies and institutional supplies in the supply-side structural reform of the vocational education industry and the path for the cultivation of the innovative talents by the higher vocational specialty groups was explored.
