供给侧改革下师范生的双向分流教育模式研究

摘　　要：在大学生创业热潮理性反思及师范院校创业教育边缘化的背景下,师范院校应建构师范生双向分流的创业教育模式。一方面以多元导师制、大中小联动机制及参与教育公益组织的教育实验机制为主,提升师范生的创新思维与教学技能,培养高素质教育精英人才,拓展其就业及创业空间。另一方面,整合与优化创业教育的办学资源与教学水平,通过"去精英化"的大创业教育观的培植,以及创业教育与专业教育、公益创业、地方资源优势相融合等模式培养一专多能的应用型人才,实现开放性师范教育和创业教育相结合的双重变革以及有效的应用型转型。Under the background of the marginalization of entrepreneurship education in normal colleges and the rational reflection on college students＇ entrepreneurship upsurge, normal colleges should construct the model of two-way diversion of entrepreneurship education. On the one hand, it should train high quality education elite with the mechanisms of multiple tutorial system, linkage mechanism between basic and higher education, and the participation of non-profit educational organizations. It can expand the employment and entrepreneurial space. On the other hand, by cultivating the entrepreneurship education view of ＂non-elitism＂, integrating entrepreneurship education with professional education, non-profit education and local advantage resources, normal colleges can cultivate the applied talents of ＂being expert in one field while possessing all-round knowledge and ability＂.
