摘 要:近年来,随着"一带一路"战略的提出和实施,中国-东盟教育交流年的举办为双方高校英语教师专业发展合作带来了空前的机遇。本文在分析中国与东盟高校英语教师专业发展合作现状的基础上,阐述了"一带一路"背景下中国-东盟高校英语教师专业发展合作的必要性,进而根据教师成长阶段论构建了中国与东盟高校英语专业发展的基础型、发展型以及创新型合作模式,以期为深化"一带一路"背景下中国-东盟高校英语教师专业发展的交流与合作提供参考借鉴。The China-ASEAN Education Exchange Year has brought unprecedented opportunities for professional development cooperation between English teachers in both colleges and universities under the background of "The Belt and Road". Based on the analysis of the present situation of professional development cooperation between English teachers in Chinese and ASEAN colleges and universities, this paper expounds the necessity of professional development cooperation between Chinese and ASEAN colleges and universities under the background of "The Belt and Road ", and then constructs the Basic, Development and Innovative cooperative mode of the professional development cooperation of English teachers in China and ASEAN universities based on the theory of teacher growth stage. The purpose is to provide some reference for the deepen development and cooperation between Chinese and ASEAN College English teachers.
