摘  要:近年来,高职院校都非常重视学生实践能力的培养。然而,由于专业课程错开、独立设置,学生容易将专业知识割裂开来,实验室的封闭管理也限制了学生更好地动手实践。根据高职教育植根于行业的职业化教育背景下建立创新工作室的教学模式,能将课堂理论教学与现实工作相结合,模拟真实的工作状态,再现式教学。同时,工作室也是教师的科研平台,对于提高教师专业水平和锻炼教师职业能力具有重要意义。文章重点介绍了电子创新工作室的建设和管理、运行,明确了工作室的管理制度,最后列举了近年来采用该方式后的实施效果。In recent years, higher vocational colleges are very attention to the cultivation of students' practical ability. However, due to the professional curriculum staggered, independent setting, students are easy to separate the professional knowledge, the closed management of the lab also limits the students hands-on practice better. According to higher vocational education based on the professional education in the context of the establishment of innovative studio teaching model, classroom theoretical teaching and practical work can be combined to simulate the real working condition, reproduction of teaching. At the same time, the studio is also the teachers' scientific research platform, for improving teachers' professional level and exercise professional ability is of great significance. This paper mainly introduces the construction and management, operation of electronic innovation studio, clarifies the management system of studio, and finally lists the implementation effect of adopting this way in recent years.
