摘 要:目的提高军队中心医院护理绩效管理的科学化、精细化程度,体现以人为本的管理原则,不断提升护理工作效率及效益水平。方法研发适用于军队中心医院护理绩效考核软件,建立以护士岗位责任为主导的护士综合绩效考核评价体系,运用HTML和Javascript语言编制一套护士综合绩效考核评价体系软件,应用于临床护理绩效管理中。结果此软件界面设计简单,绩效指标来源准确,充分调动护士积极性、创造性,使护士更注重临床护理质量,从而不断提升医院护理内涵质量,体现同劳同酬、按劳取酬、优绩优酬。结论基于信息化的护理绩效考核量化标准、客观公正的考核评价系统,更加注重个人实绩和个人能力,从而不断提升护理工作效率和效益水平。Objective To improve the scientific and meticulous degree of nursing performance management in military central hospital, and further to reflect the principle of people-oriented management and constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of nursing.Methods To develop a suitable software for the appraisal of nursing in the military hospital, and to establish a comprehensive evaluation system for nurse responsibility.The software evaluation system of comprehensive performance was based on HTML and JavaScript language on clinical application of performance management.Results The interface design of the software was simple, and performance index source was accurate.The enthusiasm and creativity of the nurses were fully mobilized, and quality of clinical nursing was paid more attention to, so as to continuously improve the quality of hospital nursing connotation and reflect equal pay, pay by work and excellent merit pay.Conclusion The nursing performance evaluation based on information technology is a quantitative standard, objective and fair evaluation system, which pays more attention to personal performance and personal ability,so as to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of nursing work.
