摘 要:目的构建临床学科带头人胜任力评价指标体系,为客观评价上海市三级甲等综合性医院临床学科带头人提供一定的实践依据。方法采用目的抽样的方法选取上海市五所三级甲等综合性医院从事临床工作10年以上,具有高级职称的临床医疗专家或医学管理专家共计50名作为样本,应用层次分析法(AHP)对临床学科带头人胜任力评价指标进行权重函询,运用专家咨询法初步构建临床学科带头人胜任力评价指标体系。结果构建的上海市三级甲等综合性医院临床学科带头人胜任力评价指标包括专业技能、管理能力、人文素质和个性品质4个一级维度,24个二级指标和74个典型行为描述。结论临床学科带头人评价指标应既体现临床学科带头人的知识及技能,又体现临床学科带头人的个性态度及价值观,职业素养等理念。Objective To construct the competency model of clinical program leaders of tertiary general hospital in Shanghai.Methods AHP method was used.Fifty specialists with the professional titles of supervisor physicians or higher and over ten-year clinical experience from five tertiary general hospitals were consulted in Shanghai.Results The competency evaluating indictors of physicians in tertiary general hospitals in Shanghai consisted of four first-level indictors: knowledge and skills, management ability, humanistic literacy, attitude and value,24 second-level indictors and 74 typical behavior descriptions.Finally the competency model of clinical program leaders of tertiary general hospital in Shanghai was established.Conclusion The rate of returned questionnaires reached 100 percent.The specialists' activity, authority and concentration of their opinions are quite high.The competency evaluation system of clinical program leaders in tertiary general hospitals in Shanghai should reflect knowledge skills, ability as well as attitude.
