摘　　要：高职院校的重要工作内容之一就是学生的教育和管理工作,是维持正常的教学秩序、保证学生健康成长的基本工作。以人为本的学生教育管理是基于学生,满足学生的需求,发挥学生的积极性和创造性,促进经济增长和学生全面发展的教育目标,真正树立服务理念,完善服务机制,提高管理人员的质量,创造一个良好的环境,有利于学生全面的发展,构建和谐师生关系,有其独特的高等教育质量。one of the important contents of vocational colleges is the education and management of students which is the basic work to maintain the normal teaching order and ensure the healthy growth of students.People-oriented student education management is based on students to meet the needs of students,give play to the enthusiasm and creativity of students,promote economic growth and educational goals of comprehensive development of student,and truly establish a service concept to improve the service mechanism and the quality of management and creation of a good environment conducive to the comprehensive development of students,and building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students with its unique quality of higher education.
