社会工作介入家庭教育指导的优势与实现路径

摘　　要：家庭教育指导通过指导家长提高自身教育素质、改善家庭教育行为来促进儿童的身心发展和成长。将社会工作专业的工作方法和服务技巧与家庭教育指导相结合,可以拓宽家庭教育指导工作的渠道并丰富其工作形式。社会工作介入家庭教育指导具有的优势体现在服务的可操作性、介入形式的多样化、介入目的的明确性等方面。社会工作介入家庭教育指导的实现路径包括小组工作、个案工作和社区工作。The guidance of family education promotes the development and growth of children by guiding parents to improve their own educational quality and improve family education behavior. It suggests the combination of professional working methods and service skills of social work and family education can broaden the channels of family education guidance work and enrich its working methods. It points out that the advantages of social work＇s intervention in family education guidance are its practicability, the diversification of the intervention forms, the clarity of intervention purpose and so on. Social work＇s intervention in the guidance of family education includes group work,case work and community work.
