浅论高职研究型辅导员团队的构建

摘　　要：高职研究型辅导员团队的构建,对辅导员队伍建设和辅导员个人职业化发展具有重要的意义。本文从外部因素和内部因素两方面分析了影响高职研究型辅导员团队构建的制约因素。构建高职研究型辅导员团队应重点考虑五个方面:建设目标,内部结构、运行机制、管理机制和团队文化。The construction of research-based counselor team in higher vocational colleges has the vital significance to the construction of counselor team and to the counselor＇s personal professional development. This paper analyzes the factors restricting the construction of research -based counselor team from external factors and internal factors . Building the research-based instructors team in higher vocational colleges should focus on five aspects： construction goal, internal structure, operation mechanism, management mechanism, and team culture.
