论“文化自觉”视域下的跨文化外语教学观

摘　　要：从反思跨文化外语教学现状出发,在"文化自觉"视域下对"跨文化"外语教学进行深层解构,结合英语作为国际通用语对跨文化教学带来的影响,以及通过分析跨文化外语教学中教师的文化使命和现行外语教材中普遍存在的母语文化与多元文化内容比例失衡的问题,提出"文化自觉"的跨文化外语教学观应该以母语文化、目标文化及多元文化三者兼顾平衡地多向导入基础,培养学生建立母语文化体系与目标文化体系之联系的能力为核心,通过文化明辨性和评判意识培养,促使学习者更加清楚自己的"文化身份",有利于学习者传播母语文化,形成对自己国家有利的世界舆论,更重要的是使其在进行跨文化交际时形成自觉自信的文化立场。Based on the reflection of current situation in intercultural foreign language teaching,this paper deeply deconstructs intercultural foreign language teaching in the view of cultural consciousness,combining the influence of English as an international common language on intercultural teaching,as well as teachers＇ cultural mission,the current foreign language teaching materials in the prevalence of mother tongue culture and the imbalance proportion of multicultural content.The paper puts forward that the cultural consciousness in intercultural foreign language teaching should focus on balanced input on the three cultural elements：the mother tongue culture,the target culture and multicultural.It is necessary to cultivate students＇ ability to establish the relationship between the mother tongue culture system and the target culture system,and to cultivate them through the culture discernment and the sense of judgment,so as to make learners more clearly understand their cultural identity,enabling them to spread their mother tongue culture and forming advantageous public opinion of their own country around the world,more importantly,enabling them develop a self-consciousness as well as self-confidence cultural position during intercultural communication.
