摘　　要：以人才需求为导向和以产业为纽带以及围绕区域经济发展特色建立产业学院已成为四川、广东等地深入推进高职教育产教融合的重大战略举措。借鉴成功经验,广东轻工职业技术学院立足轻工行业,面向生活产业,确立了"国内一流、国际知名"建设目标,通过资源整合重点成立与建设了轻化工技术学院、机电技术学院、食品与生物工程学院等10个二级学院,并瞄准世界500强企业下设多个产业学院,有效下放人财事权,促进跨界深度融合,增强了办学活力。To establish industrial college with the orientation of talent demand and the link of industry, according to the regional economic characteristics, has becoming a major strategic initiative to deeply promote the integration of production and education of higher vocational education in Sichuan and Guangdong. Guangdong Industry Polytechnic, as a higher vocational college having great influence and high social recognition in China's Mainland, basing on the light industry and facing the life industry, has established the goal of ＂domestic first- class, internationally renowned＂, and has set up 10 subordinate colleges through the resources integration, and has set up several industry colleges aiming at the world＇s top 500 enterprises, decentralized the rights and powers, and promoted the transboundary depth of integration, which has improved the school-running vigorousness.
