摘　　要：随着丝绸之路经济带核心区地位的确立,新疆区域经济快速发展且处于转型升级的多重变革之中,需要大量的技能型人才,职业教育与区域经济协调发展显得尤为重要,两者的协调性主要体现为规模的协调、专业与产业结构的协调以及职业教育效益与社会效益的协调三个方面。从上述三方面进行职业教育与区域经济的协调发展分析,新疆尤其应在加大教育经费投入力度和提高南疆职业教育发展水平方面特别着力。With the establishment of the core area position of the Silk Road Economic Belt, regional economy of Xinjiang changes quickly and is in the multiple reforms of transformation and upgrading, therefore, it is essential to cultivate a large number of skilled talents. The coordinated development between vocational education and regional economy is particularly important, the coordination mainly embodies in three aspects of coordination of scale, coordination both specialty and industrial structure, and coordination between vocational education benefit and social benefit. By analyzing coordinated development between vocational education and regional economy from the three aspects mentioned above, relevant conclusions and suggestions are put forward.
