摘　　要：在中国教育管理如此悠远的思想积淀和如此丰厚的经验累积之下,为何当代具有广泛影响的教育管理理论均形成于西方而不是中国?本文在考察中国教育管理理论创建困境具体表现的基础上,分析了导致困境的主要症结。Why do all educational administrative theories with widespread influence come from western countries though lots of rich wisdom and experiences of educational administration have been accumulated in China＇s education sector in the past centuries？ This paper identifies the key cruxes after examining the manifestations of difficulty in theory development of China＇s educational administration.
