摘　　要：英语专业转型发展必须积极探索和改革人才培养模式,逐步拓宽和密切产教融合、校地合作、国际合作等人才培养路径,不断拓展英语专业师范生职业教育的内涵和提升专业特色发展水平。With the challenge of transition, English major in local teaching schools is obliged to explore and innovate the personnel training mode expand connection with teaching industry and strengthen cooperation with local middle schools and foreign schools, which will enhance students＇teaching capability and major＇s characteristics.
