摘　　要：食品安全信息透明有助于公众对食品安全做出正确判断,影响着公众的社会信任和食品安全问题的发生概率。文章通过系统梳理国内外关于食品生产、销售、物流和监管四个环节食品安全信息透明度的相关研究,理清目前食品安全信息透明度的研究现状及存在的问题,并对食品安全信息透明度的研究进行评述,从中探寻出未来食品安全信息透明度的研究方向。The transparency of food safety information helps the public to make a correct judgment of food safety, affects the public＇s social trust and the occurrence probability of food safety issues. Review the transparency of food safety information research on food production, sales, logistics and supervision links at home and abroad, sort out the current research status and the existing problems of transparency of food safety information, and discuss research on transparency of food safety information in order to find out the directions for future research on transparency of food safety information.
