摘　　要：运用专家访谈法、文献资料研究以及分析归纳等方法,探讨我国高校户外教育课程教学内容体系的构建与实践。高校开设户外教育课程,应明确课程教学目标、设计原则、教学内容,还需遵循户外教育教学模式,设计一门符合新时代大学生发展需求的新兴体育课程,不仅有利于高校学生体育素养的进一步提升,而且能够促进高校体育课程结构的建立健全。This paper discusses the construction and practice of the teaching content system of outdoor education curriculum in colleges and universities by means of expert interview,literature research and analysis.Colleges and universities to set up outdoor education courses,should be clear curriculum objectives,design principles and teaching content,need to follow the outdoor education and teaching model,design a new era of college students in line with the development needs of emerging sports courses,not only conducive to further enhance the quality of college students,and can promote the establishment of physical education curriculum structure.
