摘　　要："一带一路"建设背景下,周边国家语言对实施国家发展战略具有重要的战略价值。本研究通过对云南少数民族聚居的景洪、河口和瑞丽三个边境口岸地区的466名受访者进行外语使用状况问卷调查,在受访者民族身份与跨境语言关系、语种的地域分布、语种数量、使用频率、语言地位、专业知识使用等方面取得了一些新的发现,初步掌握了云南边境口岸地区的外语使用特点。基于调查结果,就教学语种、学习者选择、人才培养模式和教学内容等方面提出了教育规划建议。With the development of ＂the Belt and Road＂ initiative, the strategic value of languages of neighboring countries is becoming more and more important in our international foreign relations. A field investigation was conducted to explore the situation of foreign language use in three ethnic border port areas of Yunnan province with a self-designed questionnaire from the perspective of language planning. Based on the findings, some localized suggestions about foreign language education are made in terms of language choice, learner＇s choice, cultivation modes and teaching materials.
