NAEYC教师专业标准下的美国学前教育专业课程建设特点及启示——以韦伯州立大学为例

摘  要:美国犹他州韦伯州立大学学前教育专业课程,是基于美国幼儿教育协会(简称NAEYC)颁布的教师专业标准进行的课程架构,呈现层级化、精细化和整合化等特点。这对我国高校的学前教育专业课程建设具有一定的借鉴意义。我国高校学前教育的课程建设可从以下几方面进行改革:课程管理标准化,合理设置课程;课程设计精细化,提炼核心知识;开设顶点课程,对接就业市场。The curriculum of preschool education major in Weber State University of USA, which is the curriculum framework based on the teacher's professional standards promulgated by Association of American Early Childhood Education(NAEYC), is characterized by being hierarchical, refinement and integration, etc. This is of great significance to the construction of preschool education professional courses in China's universities. The curriculum construction of preschool education major in China's universities can be reformed from the following aspects: standardizing curriculum management and setting curriculum in a reasonable way;refining curriculum design and core knowledge; offeringcapstone courses and connectingthe job market and soon.
