摘 要:根据造纸厂碱回收蒸发工段的工艺流程和控制要求,针对蒸发工段黑液的液位具有迟滞时间长、非线性、难以控制的特点,为了更高效地实现对黑液的处理,以达到标准排放的目的,提出基于模糊切换的多模控制算法。这种控制算法既有传统PID控制算法的优点也具有模糊控制算法的优点。在控制系统中引入模糊切换方法,使整个系统的控制精度和稳定性得到提高。经过调试运行,结果证明,该控制方案有良好的控制效果,能有效地稳定造纸厂黑液液位,减少蒸汽消耗,为造纸厂碱回收利用的高效化提供了良好的基础。According to the technological process and control requirements of papermaking factory alkali recov- ery and evaporation section, in order to overcome the shortcomings of the black liquor such as long time delay, nonlinear, difficult to control, and to realize the treatment of black liquor more efficiently up to standard emis- sions, a multi-mode control algorithm based on fuzzy switching is proposed. This control algorithm has both ad- vantages of traditional PID control algorithm and fuzzy control algorithm. The fuzzy switching method is intro- duced in the control system to improve the control precision and stability of the whole system. After debugging operation, the results show that the control scheme has a good control effect, which can effectively stabilize the liquid level of black liquor in the paper mill, and reduce the consumption of steam. It lays a good foundation for the effective utilization of alkali recovery in paper mills.
