创造基于成人特点的教师培训新模式

摘　　要："国培计划"西部项目实施以来,基于成人学习的特点,借鉴兄弟省市教师培训的经验,结合我院教师培训的实际情况,积极探索"国培计划"对推动中小学教师理念变革、推进培训模式创新、提高培训质量的途径和方式,以期更好地做好教师培训工作。Since the implementation of ＂national training plan＂, based on the characteristics of adult learning and the teacher training experiences of provinces and cities, combined with the actual situation of teacher training in our college, this paper actively explores the ＂national training plan＂ to promote the change of the concept of primary and secondary school teachers, to promote the innovation of training mode, and improve the quality of training, in order to do a better job of teacher training.
