摘　　要：通过对中美十所顶尖高校校园网络文化建设进行比较,分析这十所高校校园网络文化建设的相似点及差异性,以及产生差异的原因,借鉴国外高校校园网络文化建设的经验,提出要明确目标、价值引领、突出特色、提高技术4点建议。This paper chooses 10 universities of China and the United States as samples, then analyzes the similarities and differences of college Cyber culture and the reasons for the differences. After draws lessons from the successful experience of foreign university, it gives four tips that is to clear the goal, value lead, highlight the characteristics and improve the technology.
