摘　　要：目的探索影响小学生营养午餐剩余的相关因素。方法采用方便抽样的方法,选择北京市丰台区4所提供营养午餐的小学1~6年级的共2 668名学生作为研究对象,通过问卷和访谈获取小学生一般情况和营养午餐剩余情况。结果研究对象营养午餐剩饭率是7.8%。校正混杂因素后,发现营养午餐剩饭率与年龄、家庭经济情况、家庭膳食模式和营养午餐来源存在关联(P<0.05),年龄大(OR=4.86,95%CI:3.40~6.95)、高收入家庭(OR=1.90,95%CI:1.10~3.28)、不合理的家庭膳食模式(OR=1.83,95%CI:1.05~3.19)以及供餐企业提供午餐(OR=4.61,95%CI:3.19~6.66)可能与高的营养午餐剩饭率有关。结论小学生营养午餐剩饭率与年龄、家庭经济情况、家庭膳食模式和营养午餐来源有关。[Objective]To explore the factors affecting lunch wastes among primary school students.[Methods]2 668 students were collected from grade 1-6 of 4 primary schools providing nutritious lunch in Fengtai District by the convenient sampling method. Data on their general situation and lunch wastes were obtained through questionnaires and interviews.[Results] The lunch plate waste rate of school lunches in all participants was 7.8%. After adjusting for confounding factors,students＇ age,household income,family dietary pattern and lunch source were significantly associated with the lunch plate waste rate（P〈0.05）. The older students（OR=4.86,95%CI：3.40-6.95）,high-income family（OR=1.90,95%CI：1.10-3.28）,unreasonable family dietary pattern（OR=1.83,95%CI：1.05-3.19）,and pre-packaged lunches（OR=4.61,95%CI：3.19-6.66） were risk factors of school lunch waste.[Conclusion]The lunch waste rate among primary school students is associated with their age,household income,family dietary pattern and lunch source.
