摘　　要：随着老龄化社会的到来,以房养老作为一种新型的养老保障模式和创新工具越来越多地受到全社会的关注。该种养老模式有助于缓解我国社会保障压力,提高老年人收入水平以及生活质量,在许多发达国家也有成熟的运行体系。梳理比较了美国、日本、英国等发达国家以房养老运行模式和相关优惠政策及法规,在借鉴经验的基础上,结合我国的实际情况,就推进以房养老提出政策建议。With the aging society coming, housing-for-pension scheme, as a new type of old-age security model and innovative tool, is getting more and more attention by whole society. This model is helpful to alleviate the pressure of social security and improve elderly people＇s income level and living quality in our country. There are mature operating systems in many developed countries. The paper compared housing-for-pension operation mode, relevant preferential policies and regulations among some developed countries, such as the United States, Japan and Britain. On the basis of the experience for reference, combining the actual situation of our country, the author put forward relevant policy suggestions about developing house-for-pension scheme in our country.
