摘  要:通过对参加"农村校长助力工程"培训的中西部13个省份农村地区38位小学校长的专业成长自传的分析,发现农村小学发展面临着教师队伍建设亟待加强、素质教育推进举步维艰、生源压力大、家校合作希望渺茫,以及上级教育主管部门支持的"偏失"等问题。这些现实困境的突破仍需各方的共同努力,才能为农村小学发展提供动力,以推动我国义务教育的均衡发展。Based on the analysis of participate in the training of Rural Principal Power Engineering about 38 primary school principals' professional development autobiography in 13 Midwest provinces,found that we should strengthen the construction of staff teaching in rural primary schools,the quality education is difficult to push forward,source pressure,the cooperation hope between home and school is slim,higher education authorities to support "missed"and other issues. The real dilemmas still need all parties' efforts,to promote the balanced development of compulsory education in our country.
