危重症交流平台在专业学位研究生临床思维能力培养中的作用

摘　　要：临床医学专业学位研究生的培养包括临床思维、操作、沟通及科研能力等多方面内容,其中严谨科学的临床思维能力是成为合格医师所必备的。专业学位研究生在临床轮转期间因时间短、接触病种及病例数有限,现有教学查房、病例讨论等难以满足其提高临床思维能力的要求。由北京安贞医院心内科监护室主办的"心脏危重症交流平台"课程能够正确引导、培养及提高专业研究生的临床思维能力,有效弥补了现有培养方式的不足。Clinical medicine professional degree postgraduate cultivation capacity includes the ability of clinical analysis, the ability of clinical operation, the ability of clinical communication and the ability of scientific research. Rigorous and scientific clinical thinking ability is essential to becoming a qualified physician. While at present, the training of clinical thinking ability is mostly restricted to clinical rotation in different departments, and the shortcomings are limited- time, restricted cases, clinical teaching round and case discussion. The communication platform of cardiac critical care medicine hosted by the department of Coronary Care Unit of Beijing Anzhen Hospital can correctly guide, cultivate and improve the clinical thinking ability of the professional degree postgraduate, and effectively make up for the deficiency of the existing training methods.
