摘 要:高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育第一线的指挥员和大学生管理服务工作的领导者、组织者、实施者。辅导员队伍的整体素质和建设情况将直接关系到大学生思想政治教育工作的实效和高校人才培养目标的实现。面对当前我国高等教育发展的新形势和学生特点的变化,高校辅导员队伍建设中还存在着一些问题和不足,主要表现在辅导员队伍建设配备比例不够合理,角色定位较模糊,职责不明确,职业认同感较低,队伍不够稳定,培训与管理机制有待健全,专业化程度低。要改变高校辅导员队伍建设的现状,必须明确辅导员的角色定位,提高辅导员职业素养,完善辅导员培训体系,实施科学的考核评价机制,探索全员、全方位、全过程育人模式。College counselors are the leaders of the ideological and political education and the leaders, organizers and implementers of the management services of College students. The overall quality and construction of the counselor team will directly affect the effectiveness of ideological and political education and the realization of the goal of college personnel training. Facing the new situation of higher education development in our country and changes of the students' characters, the construction of college counselor team still exists some problems and shortcomings, mainly shown in the unreasonable proportion of counselor team, the fuzzy role, the unclear responsibility, the low occupation identity, the unstable team, the unimproved training and management mechanism and the low level of specialization.To change the status of college counselor team construction,we must clearly define the roles of counselors, improve their occupation accomplishment, promote the counselors' training system, and implement the evaluation mechanism in order to explore the full, all-round, and whole process of educating mode.
