摘  要:微生物发酵法生产长链二元酸(DC_n)具有良好的经济效益和环境效益,但由于发酵液组分复杂,使得DC_n的提取分离成为了制约生产的关键,同时也决定着产品的质量。综述了发酵法DC_n分离提取中的两种主要方法——水相法和溶剂法的研究进展。溶剂法提取工艺可满足下游高品质DC_n的工业生产要求,但存在能耗较高、生产线不稳定等问题。目前,利用水相法提取聚合级精产品的研究还处于实验室研发阶段,与其他分离提取工艺的联用是实现水相法提取DC_n精产品的研发重点。Synthesis of the long chain dicarboxylic acid(DC,) via the biological way has well economic and environmental benefits. Due to the complex composition of fermentation broth, separation and purification of DC, from fermentation broth become the key technologies for biosynthesis. They also determine the quality of product. The research advances on two main separation methods of DCn by bioconversion are reviewed, including aqueous phase process and solvent process. Solvent extraction process can meet the industrial production requirements of high quality DC, products. However, it exists the problems such as high energy consumption and production line of instability. Currently, extraction of high purity products through aqueous phase process is still in the laboratory stage of research. Combination with other extraction techniques is the key research of aqueous phase extraction process to obtain high purity products.
