摘　　要：全面推进素质教育工作,是目前我国高等教育发展的主要内容。在高校体育文化建设过程中,需要把最新的理念和思想融入其中。人文素质教育与校园体育文化之间有着非常紧密的联系,推动素质教育目标的实现,能帮助学生在掌握身体锻炼知识的同时,陶冶学生的情操,以此更好的促进大学生身心健康发展。The main content of higher education development in China includes the overall promotion of quality education work. In the process of constructing college sports culture, the latest concepts and ideas need to be integrated into it. Humanistic quality education has a very close relationship with campus sports culture. Therefore, achieving the goals of promoting quality education can help students to master knowledge and take physical exercise, and can foster their sentiment, thus better promote the development of their physical and mental health.
