摘  要:目的:探索TBL联合CBL教学法在传染病见习中的可行性。方法:实验组采用TBL联合CBL教学法,对照组教学法采用传统的教学方法。结果:TBL联合CBL教学组优于传统教学组的理论考试成绩,有显著性差异(P<0.05),调查问卷显示学生对TBL联合CBL教学法的满意度高于传统教学法(P<0.05)。结论:TBL联合CBL教学法有助于弥补传染病示教病例的相对不足,提高临床研究生对传染病的学习兴趣,提高见习质量。Aim:Explore the application and feasibility of TBL combined with CBL teaching method in probation of infectious disease.Methods:TBL combined with CBL teaching method was used in experimental group,while traditional teaching method was used in control group.Result:Theoretical test scores in TBL combined with CBL teaching group are superior to the traditional teaching group,there is a significant difference(P〈0.05).The questionnaire showed that the satisfaction with TBL combined with CBL teaching method was higher than traditional teaching method(P〈0.05).Conclusions:PBL combined with PBL teaching method help to compensate the relative insufficient of teaching cases in infectious disease,improve the interesting and ability of students and improve the quality of clinical probation.
