摘 要:科学合理的临床实践评估是教学质量评估的核心指标,而常规评估体系因信息匮乏成为高等医学教育的薄弱环节。多源反馈评估机制是一种基于问卷式并提供多维信息的综合评估体系。随着临床教学改革的不断深入,针对众多新型教学模式的不断出现,尤其是电化课件、微课及幕课等在线课件的不断应用,相对于传统教学模式而言,孰优孰劣一直存在一定的争议。笔者在针对口腔临床教学特点,制作了口腔科学Flash网络课件和微课课件,通过多源信息反馈机制,由不同来源评定者对其提供多个维度的反馈信息,从而获得量化评定结果,本研究对于改进并提高在线教学改革效果,并最终构建相对客观的教学评价质量体系具有重要帮助。The scientific and reasonable evaluation methods is still the focus of teaching quality evaluation. However, due to the deficiency of information, the traditional evaluation system becomes weak link of higher medical education. Multi-source feedback evaluation mechanism is a kind of comprehensive evaluation system based on questionnaire and providing multi-dimensional information. At the same time, with the deepening of the reform of clinical teaching, many of the new teaching model especially multimedia courseware, micro-lectures and MOOC to apply. Compared with the traditional teaching mode, there are has been some controversy about which one is best. The author designed oral science flash network courseware and micro-lectures courseware in according to the characteristics of clinical teaching in stomatology and by multisource information feedback mechanism, by different sources to assess the provide feedback information from multiple dimensions, so as to obtain the quantitative evaluation results. This study not only to improve the effect of online teaching reform, and but also it is a great helpful to build a relatively objective teaching quality evaluation system.
