摘　　要：职业培训课程是一项需要丰富经验和技巧的教学工作。它适用于众多职业院校校企合作定向班和企业员工岗前培训。从教学准备、教学组织、教学技巧等方面进行详细说明，并配合大量实例展示了具体操作方法。对参与此项工作的讲师有一定的借鉴作用。Vocational training courses require teachers with rich experiences and perfect skills in teaching, which is suitable for school - enterprise cooperation in the oriented - class in higher vocational collegs, and the enterprise staff training as well. This paper illustrates on the teaching preparation, teaching organization, teaching techniques and so on in a great detail with a large number of examples demonstrating the specific operation methods, which gives some reference
