摘  要:以小米糠为试验原料,研究小米糠中木聚糖的提取工艺及对肠道木聚糖酶活力的影响。在单因素的基础上,采用正交试验优化小米糠木聚糖提取工艺,研究料液比、碱提温度、碱液浓度、碱提时间4个因素对提取木聚糖提取率的影响。并采用着色木聚糖标记法测定木聚糖酶活力,研究小米糠木聚糖对大鼠肠道粪便及消化道木聚糖酶活力的影响。结果表明,小米糠木聚糖的最佳提取工艺:料液比为1∶25(g/mL),碱处理温度为100℃,碱液浓度为10%,碱处理时间为2 h,在此条件下木聚糖提取率为21.71%。Small rice bran as raw material testing,research in rice bran extraction process small impact on the xylan and xylanase activity of the intestinal tract. On the basis of single factor,orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extraction process of millet bran chitosan. The effects of four factors,such as ratio of material to liquid,alkali temperature,alkali concentration and alkali extraction time,on the extraction process were studied. And the xylanase activity was measured by the method of coloring xylan labeling to study the effects of millet chaffidan on intestinal fecal and xylanase activity in digestive tract.The results showed that the best extraction process was as follows:the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶25(g/mL),the alkali treatment temperature was 100℃,the alkali concentration was 10 %,the alkali treatment time was 2 h,and the xylan was rate of 21.71 %.
