摘　　要：近两年,我国高等继续教育的改革给电大发展带来了重大的机遇和挑战。本文通过对相关政策形势与市场环境的研判,阐述了陕西电大在坚定转型发展、深化系统改革、筑牢电大招生基石工作方面的进展。进而,从加强组织领导、搞好生源调研、加大宣传力度、深化体制机制与人才培养模式改革、探索通过学分银行实现中高本贯通的途径等几大方面提出了对下一阶段招生工作的思考与建议。In recent years, China~ higher continuing education have brought great opportunities and challen- ges to the development of TV University. Based on the analysis of the related policy situation and market environ- ment this paper, elaborats the Shaanxi TV University＇s developments in transformation , deepen the reform of the system, and building a strong foundation for the university enrollment work. Then, the author puts forward thoughts and suggestions on the enrollment work in the next stage from such aspects as strengthen organizational leadership, doing well in student source investigation, rev up publicity, deepening the reform training mode, explore the ways of realizing bank. ff mechanism and personnel education through the credit
