摘　　要：群众路线是我党的根本工作路线和生命线。新时期,面对新形势、新变化,高校思想政治教育工作者要以党的群众路线教育实践活动为契机,努力寻求思想政治教育和群众路线的结合点。坚持以学生为本,服务学生成长成才为目标,相信和依靠学生,发挥学生的主动性和创造性,克服思想政治教育工作的误区,创新教学、管理的方式方法,努力增强思想政治教育的实效性。Facing with the new changes and situations in the new era,the workers of the ideological and political education should make full use of the opportunity of ongoing educational practice of the mass line to find out the joint point between the mass line and the ideological and political education. They must make efforts to improve the effect of the ideological and political education by innovating the methods of teaching and managing. To accomplish the purpose,it is essential to stick to the concept of ＂putting students first＂and ＂serving students＇ development＂.Therefore,by trusting and relying on students,it can bring students＇ initiative and creativity into full play,in the meantime avoiding the pitfalls of the ideological and political education.
