摘　　要：高等职业教育只有构建适应高职学生全面发展的选修课课程体系,注重学生综合素质的培养和个性发展,规范选修课教学管理,为学生搭建可持续发展的平台,才能发挥选修课应有的价值,更好地为社会主义现代化建设服务。基于目前高职院校选修课中在课程设置、师资和课程资源等方面存在不足的现状,成都航空职业技术学院从自身实际出发,确定选修课程体系开发的思路和方案,通过选修课教学管理多种举措的实施,取得了一定成效。Higher vocational education only constructs the comprehensive development of the curriculum system of higher vocational students elective courses, pays attention to the cultivation of students＇ comprehensive quality and person- ality development, standardizes the management of elective courses teaching, and builds sustainable development platforms for students, it can add its value to elective courses and serve the socialist modernization construction better. According to the current situation of the lacks of curriculum setting, teachers and course resources in the elective course in vocational colleges, Base on its actual conditions, Chengdu Aeronautic Polytechnic has determined the ideas and schemes of the de- velopment of the elective course system, and has achieved certain results through the implementation of the teaching man- agement measures of elective course.
