摘 要:针对CRH2G型动车组受电弓在升降弓过程中拉弧严重问题,开展了动车组受电弓升降弓拉弧现场测试试验。通过拍摄升降弓过程中电弧演变的图像提取弓网电弧燃弧时间;记录了弓网电弧燃弧电压、电流数据,计算了不同降弓情况下的弓网电弧输入能量并讨论了弓网电弧对接触材料的烧蚀效应。这为降低弓网电弧危害,提高弓网服役性能提供依据。试验结果表明,一定程度地加速降弓操作将减弱电弧对弓网接触材料的烧蚀,有助于提高受电弓滑板和接触网导线的使用寿命。Aiming at the serious problem of the arcing during pantograph rising and lowering process for electric multiple units( EMUs) of CRH2 G,the arc tests were carried out during the pantograph rising and lowering operation of EMUs in the field. The arc duration time was extracted by taking the arc evolution images during the pantograph rising and lowering process. Meanwhile,the data of the arc voltage and current was recorded. The arc input energy were calculated at different pantograph lowering conditions and the ablation effect of pantograph arcing on contact materials was discussed,which provides the basis for reducing arc damage and improving service performance of pantograph-catenary system. The test results show that increasing the pantograph lowering speed to a certain degree would weaken the ablation of pantograph contact materials caused by pantograph arcing,which would contribute to improve the service life of the pantograph slide and the contact wire.
