摘 要:专业化主要包括专业态度培育、专业身份构建和专业社会化过程三个方面,成人教育工作者专业化程度决定了成人学习的质量。借鉴法国雷恩大学的SIFA硕士项目经验,我国开展成人教育工作者专业化培养工作,要采取以下策略:通过课程培育专业态度,通过反思构建专业身份,通过"圈子"实现专业社会化,通过档案袋评估专业化效果。Specialization includes three aspects: professional attitude cultivation, professional identity construction and professional socialization process. The degree of specialization of adult educators determines the quality of adult learning. Based on the case study of SIFA master program of Rennes University in France, to carry out the work of the specialized cultivation of adult educators in our country, we should mainly adopt the following strategies.
