摘  要:优化SM复合膜透水蒸气性,并将其应用于杨梅的保鲜实验。结果表明,SM复合膜最佳配方为:壳聚糖含量0.75 g,冰乙酸含量0.60 mL,SA含量0.50 g,且透水蒸气性达到最低为4.3308(mg·cm^(-2)·d^(-1));优化膜处理的杨梅常温下贮藏6天时,Vc、总酸、可溶性总糖含量比Control组杨梅分别提高了43.86%、12.96%、19.08%;低温6℃下贮藏15天时,Vc、总酸、可溶性总糖含量比Control组杨梅分别提高了34.23%、9.30%、17.65%。这证明,优化膜处理可有效延长杨梅室温、低温下的贮藏保鲜时间。The chitosan SM cmnposite membrane was optimized about water vapor permeability, and the optimized composite membrane was applied in fresh-keeping waxberries. The results shows that the best formula of SM composite membrane is 0.75 g for chitosan content, 0.60 mL for acetic acid content, 0.5 g for SA content, and the water vapor coefficient of optimized membrane permeability is 4.3308(mg·cmk2·d-1). Waxberries of coating the optimized membrane were stored up six days at room temperature, Vc, total acid and total soluble sugar of waxberries of coating optimized membrane than control strawberries of uncoated membrane is increased 43.86 %, 12.96 %, 19.08 %. Waxberries of coating the optimized membrane were stored up fifteen days at low temperature 6 ℃, Vc, total acid and total soluble sugar of waxberries of coating optimized membrane than control waxberries of uncoated membrane is increased 34.23 %, 9.30 %, 17.65 %. The result proves that the storage period of waxberries were prolonged at room temperature and low temperature by coating optimized membrane.
