摘 要:[目的]对红叶石楠花脂溶性成分进行分析。[方法]采用石油醚浸提红叶石楠花中的脂溶性成分,气相色谱-质谱联用技术检测其成分,面积归一化法计算各成分的相对质量分数。[结果]从红叶石楠花中鉴定出48个脂溶性成分,占色谱总流出峰面积的75.17%,其中芳香酚类1种(0.04%)、酸类11种(47.96%)、醇类6种(6.72%)、酯类6种(0.94%)、烷烃类6种(18.10%)、萜烯类11种(0.45%)、醛类2种(0.22%)、芳香烃类1种(0.07%)、酮类4种(0.45%)、烯烃类1种(0.08%)。其主要成分为棕榈酸(17.31%)、亚油酸(21.83%)、硬脂酸(3.23%)、亚麻醇(4.14%)和二十四烷(17.95%)。[结论]通过对红叶石楠花脂溶性成分的分析,为其以后的开发利用提供理论依据。[Objec t ive ]To analyze the fat-soluble constituents in the flowers oi Photiniax fraseri. [Meth.〇 d s ]T h e fat-soluble constituents were extracted from flowers of P. fraseri with petroleum ether and the chemical components of them were identified by GC-MS and relative content of the components were calculated with normalization method.[Results]The results showed that 48 compounds were identified from P. fraseri, and the relative content accounted for 75.17% of the total volatile components, 1 phenol (0.04%) , 11 acids (47.96%), 6 alcohols (6.72%) , 6 esters (0.94%) , 6 alkanes (18.10%) , 11 terpenes (0.45%) , 4 aldehydes (0.22%) , 1 hydrocarbon (0.07%), 4 ketones (0.45%) and 1 olefin (0.08%), the high content of components were linoleic acid (55.67%) and n-hexadecanoic acid ( 11.29%) . The main components were palmitic acid ( 17.31%) , linoleic acid (21.83%), stearic acid ( 3.23%) , linolenol (4.14%) and tetracosane (17.95%) . [Conclusion]Based on the analysis of the fat- soluble components from flowers of P. fraseri, the theoretical basis for its future development and utilization was provided.
