摘　　要：儿童游戏权是儿童权利中的一项基本权利。受城市家庭游戏权意识淡薄、教育方式不合理、活动空间密集硬化、游戏材料以电子设备为主等原因影响,3-6岁儿童游戏权方面呈现游戏自由权不受认可、游戏社会权难以保障这两大问题。我们应该帮助城市家庭合理控制儿童游戏时间,丰富儿童游戏形式,营造儿童游戏环境,增添儿童游戏材料,进而使3-6岁儿童游戏权在城市家庭中得以保障。The game right is one of the basic rights of children. Due to the weak consciousness of gameright, the unreasonable way of education and the intensive family space, children mainly play the electronicequipment. Two major problems in 3-6 years old children game right are freedom of playing game is not recog-nized and the social rights of game is difficult to be guaranteed. We should help the urban families to reason-ably control the game time, improve the form of children＇s games, create children＇s game environment and addchildren＇s game facilities. And ensure the children＇s game right in urban families.
