摘 要:薪酬调整是在组织战略调整过程中利益的再分配,是薪酬管理过程中非常重要的组成部分。笔者以广东省某三甲医院为研究对象,针对医疗辅助员工辞职率高、招聘困难、管理矛盾等诸多问题,在医院组织的薪酬满意度调查中,对薪酬调整的诉求达到100%。经过数据收集、电话调查和文献查阅等方式分析医疗辅助员工的薪酬结构,同时比较广州市同级医院薪酬水平和南方人才市场同类岗位薪酬水平后,建立对外有竞争力、对内有激励性的薪酬动态调整制度,实现降低辞职率,留住优秀人才,保证人员稳定,健全绩效考核,让基层员工有归属感和获得感。Salary adjustment is the re - distribution of benefits during the organizations strategic adjustment process as well as a significant part of salary management. The author did research on the medical auxiliary staff of a first class grade A hospital in Guangdong province, which showed problems such as high drop - out rate, difficulty in employment and man-agement. In the salary satisfaction survey, the employee who request salary adjustment reach 100% . According to the analy-sis of their salary structure based on data collection, phone call interview and referred literature, as well as to the comparison with the salary of same - level hospital and of the same positions offered by the Southern Talents Market, it is reasonable to establish a dynamic salary adjustment system with competitiveness and incentives so as to reduce drop - out rate, retain out-standing talent and ensure staff stability. Performance evaluation should also be improved to give employees a sense of belong-ing and achievement.
