摘　　要：高校突发事件的产生对高校教学、科研、生活等会造成严重影响,不同类型的突发事件对高校影响的程度也不尽相同。对高校突发事件产生的原因、类型及特征做出准确判断,对于制定高校突发事件防范措施和构建应急管理体制、完善应急管理预案具有重要意义。The emergence of emergencies in colleges and universities can cause serious impact on the teaching, research and life of colleges and universities, and the degree of impact of different types of emergencies on colleges and universities is not the same. It is of great significance to formulate the prevention measures of emergencies in colleges and universities and to construct emergency management system and improve the emergency management plan, so as to make accurate judgment on the causes, types and characteristics of emergencies in colleges and universities.
