信息技术能力对于企业可持续发展绩效的影响

摘　　要：基于国内汽车行业214家供应商的高层主管以及IT主管的问卷调查实证研究发现:信息技术能力对于企业主动性环境管理以及企业可持续发展绩效具有显著正向影响,企业主动性环境管理对于信息技术能力与企业可持续发展绩效之间的关系具有部分中介效应;信息强度对于信息技术能力与企业主动性环境管理之间的关系具有正向调节效应,信息强度对于主动性环境管理的中介效应也具有正向调节效应。Based on the survey data from 214 domestic auto industry suppliers＇ senior executives and IT executives, this pa- per finds that IT capability has a significant positive impact on enterprise proactive environmental management and enterprise sustainable development performance, and corporate proactive environmental management has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between IT capability and enterprise sustainable development performance, and information intensity has a positive regulating effect on the relationship between IT capability and business proactive environmental management, and information intensity also has a positive regulating effect on the mediating effect of proactive environmental management.
